Mrs.Sonali Joshi is come from India,follow
her husband. I teach her in Japanese some months at JCA on Monday class. She invaited Mrs Kitafusa(HerThrusday class teacher at JCA)and I at her room in Youga Tokyu Stay. She will go back her own country India in this end of August. (She stay one year and three months in Tokyo Japan.) She cooked for us some indian foods. |

Sabudana kichidi |
This is very intersting food ! I have never eat before . It was made from tapioca with potato and peanuts. Color is red by red chilli powder. It was so fantastic taste. I like it but litle bet hot for me,so Sonali put some plain yogurt. Then food become soft. |
Rasa gulla |
This is Indian sweet,made from milk. I asked her, how to make it. She said " First , boild milk in the pot. Then power lemon juice in it. Milk divided solid and liquid. Solid milk make a round balls.liquid milk is no use. Put milk balls in to the sweet syrup." |
